Not veterinary care

Canine massage and swim sessions are complementary wellness services. They do not diagnose, treat or replace veterinary medicine. Please consult your veterinarian about any medical concern, and tell us about conditions, medications or recent procedures before your dog's session.

Health and safety

Dogs must be current on vaccinations and free of contagious illness. We reserve the right to end a session early if a dog is in distress, unsafe, or unwell, and to decline service where we believe it is not in the dog's best interest.

Booking and cancellation

Sessions are by appointment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Assumption of risk

Physical activity and water work carry inherent risk. By booking, you accept those risks on behalf of yourself and your dog.
