Pool Policies

For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of every dog and owner, please review the following policies before your swim session.

• Do not feed your dog within at least 3 hours of a swim session.
• Please ensure your dog has gone potty prior to any swim session.
• Please brush your dog before arriving to help protect pool filters and water quality.
• No individuals under 18 years of age are permitted on the ramp, deck, or in the pool area.
• Owners are not permitted in the pool unless prior permission is granted and a waiver has been signed.
• If your dog is sick, has diarrhea, loose stool, or shows signs of illness, please do not attend swim sessions.
• Puppies are permitted in the pool after 12 weeks of age and once all age-appropriate vaccinations have been completed.
• In the event your dog has a bowel movement in the pool, a $200 sanitation fee may be charged, as the remainder of the day's schedule may need to be canceled for cleaning and safety purposes.
